At Whitezones®, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt – without providing any reason. Please note that in this case, the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we take full responsibility. In such cases, the item will be returned to us and we will either replace it at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. All costs for returns due to defects are covered entirely by Whitezones®.
