Orders & Products
How can I place an order?
First, select the product you want, click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to Checkout. Enter your address, choose your preferred payment method, and complete the purchase by clicking the “Place Order” button.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it. Please send an email to info@thewhitezones.com.
Are the products in stock?
Our products are either stored in our own warehouse or in our fulfillment center in the Far East.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We are currently working on introducing gift wrapping options. Soon you will be able to have your order wrapped as a gift.
Shipping & Delivery
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via DHL, Hermes, and other logistics providers. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day they are placed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days. During peak times with high order volumes, it may take 7–8 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order comes with a tracking number from the shipping provider so you can track your delivery at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and operate from several locations across the globe.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please send an email to info@thewhitezones.com including a photo of the damaged product. Once reviewed, we will issue a refund for the item.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return or exchange a product?
You have 14 days to return the item to us. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed immediately after the returned item has been inspected.
Who covers the return costs?
- If the product is defective, we cover the return costs.
- If the product is returned because it is not wanted, the customer covers the costs.
Can I exchange a sold-out item?
In most cases, even sold-out items can be exchanged.
Payment & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Klarna, and American Express.
In countries where these methods are not available, we offer Pay on Delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All data is protected with SSL encryption. The checkout process is fully secured, preventing third-party access. In addition, we use two different firewalls from Stormshield, Norton, and Kaspersky.
Can I pay by invoice or in installments?
Yes. If Klarna is available in your country, you can pay by invoice. Installment payments are also possible via PayPal.
